Something in modifying-css.js broke :/ #57

So neither /test nor /test2 show us any raffle meter :cry:

That's right... However, I think it's because I did something wrong in raffle-meter.js I'm pretty sure I forgot a line or two of code. I'll attempt to fix it once I get to my computer. If I fail I'll undo everything and start over.
