Raffle page is out of date #74

The Raffle is over and the page should be updated to reflect that. We will have the money count soon, but in the meantime, may as well update the page to reflect the raffle's completion. We should also remove the bar from the pages. Maybe a "raffle is over" prompt instead that links to the page.

I think this would be a great, small project for you to do @Therockster19 seeing as the join page is basically done now.
