Gyro Buttons #16

The drive team requested a new feature :D They would like to use the D-Pad buttons on the driver joystick in order to turn to specific gyro values. The up arrow would be for 0 degrees, the left arrow would be +45 degrees, the right arrow would be -45 degrees, and the bottom arrow would be 180 degrees. Whoever want to work on this go for it! :D
