Write intake code #13

modify the existing prototype intake code to include a solenoid and command to extend and retract the intake arm. Also a command group to extend and run intake.

Your improvement to extendintakearm is good, but you should still change setrollers arm to get the number from constantsio on init instead of the constructor.
