Protect main branch #4

Prevent pushes directly to main and maybe require code reviews on PRs to avoid any catastrophes related to messing up main.

The main branch appears to be protected, a second opinion would be nice as I'm new to properly using GitHub for collaboration.

I think I protected the main branch of this repo a while ago

Let's leave this open for now since we'll want to require approvals at some point along with potentially CI checks for build errors

Right before my previous comment, I went to the team401/2024-Robot-Code repo and just copied all of the settings into this repo. It didn't seem to be protected before, but I'm not sure. Leaving it open is a good idea. I could add that to #5
