Purpose Add a demo mode so that we don't hurt anybody at our demo at science fest.

Project Scope

[ ] Add a demo mode feature flag which:
[ ] Changes the constant aimer setpoint to a nice low angle.
[ ] Changes the constant aimer RPM setpoint to a small-ish RPM.
[ ] Make drive much much slower.
