Summary
The objective of this issue is to get the project set up in supabase.
Work Scope
[ ] Create a supabase account using some team401 account that can be accessed by other students (don't make this on your own account if possible, it needs to be maintainable by multiple users)
[ ] Begin a supabase project and create a database schema + tables that accomplish what we specify in #19
[ ] Link this repository to the supabase project. Set up a github action to continuously deploy if you need to (i.e. if supabase doesn't already do this)
