AppCache File Issue #33

I'm getting this error in the console: Application Cache update failed, because http://thegreenalliance.team4909.org/app/www/libs/fonts.css could not be fetched.

Think it's the directory reference...could you fix and PR this back in?

Directory of one of the files was mistyped. Fixed #33.
