The Python Bluetooth worker is configured to process a queue, however there is no way to import data into the queue currently.

Subtasks:

• [ ] Configure a Web Hook on the Python Server POST /msg
• [ ] Have entire POST body be appended to each device queue

This is unneeded given the switch to PouchDB, syncing the DB itself should take care of all data transfers.
