Angle changer has violent and jumpy motion #10

I am making a branch and will try to implement trapezoidal motion. We will likely not have this for WPI and what we have right now is sufficient. We can probably test next week (after WPI). This is just to keep others up to date with my current plan, we may not end up implementing this anyways 👍
