Improve tooling & documentation for Limelight calibration process

With the advent of interpolated vision, this calibration mode may not really be something we do going forward. Would be good to assess if this is still a goal for us.

I think we can repurpose this ticket to be about the tuning process for interpolated vision. Ideally this becomes some document that we update each year depending on the game, and can use as instructions for field calibration.

I think this is probably a high priority going into Chezy and something fresh given we had to do this recently.
