Observed:

After disconnecting from a networktables server, panel treats it as still being connected
Latest timestamp keeps going up

Expected:

When a disconnect is detected, the time range remains constant and stops expanding

Potential issue: for brief disconnects, server and panel times might desync.

can you make it to do that if it's like disconnected for a certain amount of time like >1s
