Test robot tab where each subsystem other than drive can be tested through
simple precoded routines. You should be able to press a button in control center
and run the corresponding subsystem. An example could be the indexer; once I
press the "run indexer" button, it should notify the robot in test mode to test out
the indexer by perhaps running it at 50 percent speed for 5 seconds.
Ability to set enabled subsystems via control center
Ability to save control center config parameters once changed.
Ability to view running and finished routines in control center.
