When I am in the landing page, I would like to have active filter already on #83

This is a very low priority task so we can discuss whether to keep it as an enhancement or not,

but as a student it would be nice to see at a first glance only the theses that are actually active and that i can apply to. Only If i want to consult archived thesis i can then add the filter "archived"
