Unghettofy tabs for info activity #41

Unghettofied. Attempting to smoothen the tabs with transitions, etc.

Using this third party library as suggested by clfifnotes https://github.com/astuetz/PagerSlidingTabStrip It's a view pager but the tabs stay fixed.
