Add support for _VERSION_INFO define #31

Add support for new __VERSION_INFO define that removes the VERSIONINFO resource from MINIGUI.RC and OOHG.RC

QPM already has support for this feature: Add the define in your project's RC file and check "Place Main .RC First" at "FMG & RC" tab.
