Upgrade React Native compiler to compile components in isolation with Bit.
Upgrade React Native compiler to support custom configuration, like overrides Babel config file.
Add support for development flag to change source maps option in Babel.

@qballer when you will accept this PR, I'll export a new version of the compiler to bit.dev.
