update link to reference for connect options #81

The README was pointing to the wrong section in the SSH2 reference when linking to the full list of connect options.

We seem to be getting random test errors on node 6 due to non-deterministic behavior. I think there's still something I'm not understanding about the ssh logs and the guarantee of order.

Nevermind. False alarm. All tests are green!
