Update CommunityElementView to make it more user friendly

Need details on the purpose of tags.

What is Office ?

Tags ~helpful for users:

• email
• description

Tags useless for users (or duplicate):

• postcode
• twitter
• website
• city
• housenumber
• street
• name
• surveydate

Remove the flashy selected state of the list when tapped.

Each element should redirect to it's use:

• address => map
• twitter => launch twitter
• website => browser etc..

I think the tags are meant for more advanced users or researchers, not for the average user of the app. Eventually we will be hidden and will be converted in something more user friendly
