Major changes:

• Added list sheet on main screen that shoes all merchants within map view in a list (still needs sorting with categories)
• Modified interactions between lists and map so that map annotations and the list play nicely
• Add a Directions and a Share button to the main element view
• Fix a few bugs:
  • Community icons on list view
  • New decoding error on element tags
