Allow entry of coordinates on the noob form. #50

Allow users to enter raw coordinates on the noob form.

The marker should show the location on the map once both fields have been filled.

Do we still want this? I think most people wouldn't be entering coords right?

It was requested recently again.

Useful for some people for sure.
