Updated Version.cfc to report 1.2

Hey John, thanks for catching this. Of course we should also update the test that checks for version 1.1 or the test suite will fail. :-) Do you mind doing that as well?

Dammit! - that'll teach me for trying out the edit inline feature on GitHub :)

I have now updated the unit test.
