Add a field for speakers to list their Adobe certifications (ACE) #5

It has been requested to add a field to speaker sign-ups that includes a field for speakers to list their Adobe certifications. The field would additionally need to be added to the speaker information (public and speaker views) and made editable by the speaker when editing their profile

An enhancement, for an open-source solution, would be to label it as just "Certifications" so that if some certification, other than Adobe, were to be tracked, it would not be odd.
