[BE] Harvest Ontologies Semantic Assets for Alignment ttl files and Expose it in NDC UI

Acceptance Criteria: Harvest Ontologies

Identify Location of Ontology ttl files [Process only the align ttl files -
Extract alignment data from align ttl file and add it to above index
Expose REST Endpoints for searching the Ontologies
Search Endpoint exposes Ontologies in response.
Search for Ontologies in Search Box of NDC home page and display results in both results page and details page
Show Alignment details indexed in details page

Assumption - main ttl file should be processed before this] Assumption: Semantic Asset Index is already created

To harvest a repository in development, run

@giorgialodi should we process "alignment" files? If not, I think we could close this file.

@ioggstream alignments in specific cases are fundamental. However, currently, looking at all the rest that is necessary to do in schema, I would postpone any type of reasoning on these, in any case important, files.
