Adapt slack.developers.italia.it to be an entrypoint to Matrix as well #4

A lot of READMEs in the /italia and /teamdigitale organizations link to specific Slack channels or to https://slack.developers.italia.it.

We should adapt https://slack.developers.italia.it. to mention the Matrix option instead of being just a redirect to the Slack invite URL.
