CS/ToA - Broken images for the Milestone cards #229

Noticed that one of the base card images for Fire Knight was broken, did a little digging and found:

Looked up the official cards and and noticed that this referred to the Milestone cards. I checked a few other classes and all the Milestone card images are broken for CS.

Perhaps the storage location for the Milestone cards has changed? I noticed these ones (Milestone) were all .jpg files but the other cards are .webp files.

@dducro I've uploaded all the images since we didn't have them before - I think the milestones were introduced later with ToA, maybe.

I also bumped the ability levels from 1.5 to 9.5 so that they weren't spoiled for characters without the milestones... but that means they're not available ever since there's not a way to unlock them yet.

Until there's time to work on such a feature, maybe it makes sense to have them level 9?
