CS - Unlocks every 5 scenarios bug #245

In Crimson Scales there is an unlock that happens for every 5 successful scenarios.

We've completed 12 scenarios but it says 3 unlocked. Unless I'm understanding this mechanic wrong it should say 2 unlocked.
