One of the rewards of Scenario 3 is getting a Perk (not sure if the checkmark in the app is meant to represent that, or wrongly set as a battle goal).
Nonetheless, on the Character tracking section, there is an indication when Level increases that "You may select an additional perk!" but not after completing Scenario 3, leading players to possibly think they are entitled one less perk than in fact they are.
