[FH] Scenario 70 added to map before available #283

Similar to #267, Scenario 70 was automatically marked as available upon completing Scenario 69.

The conclusion of Scenario 69 does not unlock scenario 70; it adds 15.4 to the calendar in 3 weeks. Reading section 15.4 will unlock Scenario 70.

Thanks! When calendar events are supported in the tracker, this issue will be solved.

With the last update, all scenarios unlocked by calendar events are marked as such and should be unlocked manually.
