Setup Quiz API endpoints

To reach the goal of this issue, the following tasks need to be done:

• [x] setup database connection Objectives:
  • Implement the following operations
  • Connect to MongoDB database
  • Disconnect from MongoDB database
  • Implement error handling for database connection failure
  • Should return user-friendly message (i.e not some long stacktrace)
• [x] setup schema and CRUD operations Objectives:
  • Setup schemas for Quiz entity
  • Try to match ./docs/models.md, but adjust if needed
  • Setup database CRUD operations for GET and POST API calls
• [x] setup quizzes API endpoints Objectives:
  • setup GET /api/quizzes/
  • retrieve all quizzes in database
  • setup POST /api/quizzes/
  • return created Quiz object
