Add language (nl) #39

Right now all docs are in English, we also have a dutch audience, can we support dutch?

if we want to use this feature on master, we need to organize docs differently. there are two options:

EN and NL language on a seperate branch.
both languages on the same branch but in different folders (nl/ and en/)

I like the second option; we can also add a folder menu_settings that can be a subtree to _data folder in docs.forus.io;

root of this repository would be after the update: nl/ en/ menu_settings/

Yea, agree that the second option would be better. Having many branches might get confusing. Also it’s easier not having to switch branch when working on multiple languages.

I could start implementing this asap; we can start with creating a dutch branch in this repository; if all current documentation is translated to dutch we can start deploying the dutch version
