Setup folder structure to fit Jekkyl / gh-pages

To fit the Jekyll structure we need to do some changes in the folder structure

• [x] 1. Every parent directory name for the doc files should start with a underscore.
  • example: forus -> _forus
• [x] 2. Create separate '_website" directory.
• [x] 3. Add Frontmatter to al the files (title and permalink).
