As a sponsor I would like to see the amount a single requester could spend with one voucher for a subsidy fund
Example calculation:
sum of actions: limit per user x amount sponsor contributes
to show a total amount this calculation should be multiplied by total amount of active subsidy voucher (not expired or inactive)
