Webshop fund request, 'volgende' button is non-interactive DIV, use role="button" #2236

In step 1 of the login process, the button to go to the next screen was made from a non-interactive div element.

The reading software does not know that this is a button and what this button does.

Give this button correct role = "button" and the name that describes the function.
