Add me logo with downloads

Context/goal:

On the front-ends we have a few places where we show the download buttons of the mobile applications.

• [ ] Replace the white Apple icon/button with the black one
• [ ] Add the Me App icon in front (in all places) and make it clickable to go to: https://forus.io/DL

Places to do it:

• Login modal
• Footer
• Over de Me app page / block
• Signup flow for requester - step where you enter your phone number - Add only the Me app icon
