Create a Nijmegen styled landing page #388

Potentially all landing pages could be transferred to the Nijmegen style

as the landing pages are in the code base of forus-platform. I want to know the approach before starting.

@GerbenBosschieter if you create some splashes for nijmegen webshop can you also add them here?

Made commit with Nijmegen styled landing pages. For deploy needed to add in qdt-env.js file client_key: 'nijmegen' for each platform (for "forus-platform.provider" and others). So nijmegen key will set styles for Nijmegen and general - for forus
