Background / Context

Goal/user story: While installing the required packages for the me-app, StemApp and the StemApp Dashboard we found out (Max, Ernst-Jan and me) that the versions of the packages that are required are not declared clearly. This causes a lot of errors while compiling or installing.

After talking with @maxvisser I'm creating (togheter with Ernst-Jan) an instruction for compiling including an overview with the versions of all the packages that are required.

@Fekkes Any update on this issue? Do you still want to do this. Don't know how relevant your comments are on the old version of the demo. Maybe if you deploy the new version after friday it will be relevant again..

@maxvisser This issue isn't relevant anymore. We will publish a manual (in Dutch) in our own GitHub page for the version that we are using during our first fieldtest.
