packages requirements version #88

While installing the required packages for the me-app, StemApp and the StemApp Dashboard we found out (Max, Ernst-Jan and me) that the versions of the packages that are required are not declared clearly. This causes a lot of errors while compiling or installing.

Hi Fekke, I don't see any versions of packages in this pull request. Did you miss a commit? This pull request only contains a typo fix. https://github.com/teamforus/research-and-development/pull/88/files
