Dead Beard causes block damage when mobGriefing is false #19

Hi! It seems like I can't spawn Deadbeard in an adventure map because his TNT does damage even when mobGriefing is false. A fix for this would be greatly appreciated!

I'm using Fabric on 1.19.2.
