A placeholder issue for attestation and FIDO Meta-Data Service support.

Functionality to request and store attestation data from authenticators
Whitelisting or blacklisting of authenticators
MDS connector and caching to stay updated on authenticator metadata (e.g. certification status, crypto algorithms, UV methods)
