I believe I've found the remaining error in slugbuilder that prevents buildpack detection (testing)

This solves it. I included an updated buildpacks listing as well, so our updated teamhephy/example-go that depends on the latest go release (1.15) will not bomb out.

I have tested this and it works 100%. Proof is in #support channel on the Hephy slack today. 🎉
