This repo needs some TLC #18

Now that hopefully most of the deis/* go packages have been updated to teamhephy repos, this can be updated to point at them and used again.

I'll take a look at it.

@kingdonb, I will take a look at this project with you at some point so that we can get two pairs of eyes on it. It's important to revive this repo as testing the workflow installation as a whole will become more important when we are making changes across multiple components. There is a higher chance that new bugs introduced will be across all of workflow with the newer releases.

For example, the Modsecurity POST body bug is an example of something we can catch with this project. The deis-cli stopped working for certain POST requests because they had empty body. This was blocked by modsecurity in the hephy-router.
