This issue is derived from an issue from the original repo. The issues they raised were:

Should be fixed by using a monospaced font. That might not be possible, and certainly won't look good.

Partially addressed. Fully addressed with v10.0.0 of Electron. For now, closing this ticket as solved in v0.9.0.
