Consider Renovate as a Dependabot replacement #91

Renovate is a bot that attempts to keep packages up-to-date, not just including security updates. It also seems to provide the ability to update multiple packages at the same time.

If it is free for OSS as it says, we should use it so we don't fall into the "several Electron versions behind" problem.

Have set it up. Likely going to see a PR and new issue soon.
