Update documentation for custom filter rendering #349

A chapter 'Custom filter rendering' is mentioned in

https://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/extensions/ke_search/stable/Hooks/Index.html

This chapter does not exist (anymore).

Most likely it would be good to add an example in ke_search_hooks (https://github.com/teaminmedias-pluswerk/ke_search_hooks)
