User's Ladders

A new menu item should be added to the personal area of the user: My Ladders.

The page should display the list of the Ladders created by authenticated user. The following information should be displayed in the list:

• Name
• Type
• Button Publish/Draft (either)

Publish/Draft button should switch the status of the Ladders for draft to published and vice versa.

The user should be able to click on raw and move to a Ladders edit page, including the following attributes:

• Name (required)
• Status (draft or published)
• Participation type (team or single)
• Participants limit (optional, but should be > 0)
