Merge Bones, have a ratio of bones, or even maybe we can have a list and the user can select which bones to merge.
We also need to make sure parent bones are listed, sometimes in the current cats some which should be listed are not listed which can be an issue.
Also need to ensure we don't list child bones, again this can happen in cats sometimes.
