Added FBX Import, borrowed settings from Cats.

Please ignore the other commits, the other commits are to do with https://github.com/teamneoneko/Avatar-Toolkit/pull/22 please only review https://github.com/teamneoneko/Avatar-Toolkit/commit/05d22902c78688ea56f05e9cf0a8434d1d72359f

Please don't merge unto the translations are done, I afraid github will do some weird stuff if we do, just say you approve if you do.
