Cat's Langauge Changer Stopped Working in Blender 4.2 #143

Description of issue: Changing lanauges in Blender 4.2 doesn't do anythiung, it also doesn't seem to save the language selected as well. Blender Version: 4.2.x Cats Version: 4.2 Dev (Releases also do this). OS: (Winodws 10/11, Linux, MacOS etc..): Linux and Windows 10. Steps to re-produce: Just try and change the language, and you see it does nothing.

This will be looked into over the coming week and I will try and fix ready for next stabel release.

Confirmed to work just fine on Blender 4.1 and 3.6 LTS.
