Fix MMD Model - Join Meshes Option has vanished #157

No idea when this happend but the join meshes option for FIX MMD Model has vanished at somepoint, must of removed it on accident. Will try and get this fix tomorrow.

Fixed on the devs branches, will be pushed to an release next week.
